Yes! Our pieces are first-hand done or digitally manipulated, high-resolution scanned, and inkjet-printed on high quality paper or canvas surfaces. High resolution images capture all the details of thick paint textures and brush strokes to give an immaculate and accurate rendition of the original artwork.
Canvas-prints are then stretched on wood stretcher bars, and framed with a solid wood floating-frame, giving it a real gallery feel!

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, GooglePay and PayPal.
Yes, all orders that include frames and/or canvas will include hanging kits.
Shipping
Our studio is located in Oakville, ON, Canada, which is just outside the city of Toronto. We ship most of our items from this location, however some items get shipped from our manufacturers around the world. If you have any questions on a specific item, we can let you know where they will ship from. Please message us in our chat box and we can get you an answer asap. Thanks!
Items shipped from our Oakville location, typically ship within 1-2 business days. If you are in a rush for your order, please send us an email to customerlove@theagstudio.com and we will be happy to facilitate that for you (additional fee's may apply with express shipping costs.)
OUR CARRIERS
Greeting cards, small stationery items and art prints are generally shipped via regular mail with Canada Post. For shipping transit times, please refer to Canada Post's website here. For larger items, we ship with various carriers (Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Purolator), these items include tracking numbers. Transit times vary with each location, however typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled you will received a notification and tracking number (if applicable.)
All orders are shipped out of the USA. For international orders please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
Returns
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Due to the diversity of our product we only offer a return option with items within our inventory. Product on our website that require on demand printing (custom made per order) are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged. Feel free to inquire with us in regards to details on the return policy for a certain product, or you can refer to the tab about shipping and returns on the product page.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us with 48 hours after receiving it with a photo of the item. Please email the photo to customerlove@theagstudio.com and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days on your return/exchange details.
